Bart and his brother Fenway were strays pulled from a high kill shelter currently living with separate fosters. Bart is learning to play with toys and interacting with the other dogs in the foster home. He whines when he has to go outside and has only had 1 accident in the house. He is in a home with several other dogs, 2 cats and an 11 year old child. He loves attention.
