https://www.pawfectmatch.org/animals/edit?AnimalID=20943302 Burpee is a delightful adolescent dog who was rescued by a dedicated shelter employee in Asheville, NC during Hurricane Helene. He joined our household on October 1. He gets a long well with our older, resident beagle and he does *great* with our 2 very active and handsy children. He is not great a leaving our cats alone. Needs at least two 30-minute walks/day. we are working on crate training. He is very obedient, wants to please, easily trainable. He would be a wonderul family dog for an active household with kids.
