Jasper is a sweet senior boy who was dumped by his owner. He was checked out by a vet and fortunately, he is heartworm negative. Unfortunately, he has a grade 5 heart murmur, so Jasper remains unaltered because he can't go under anesthesia to get neutered. Currently we do not know if Jasper will be able to attend the event, Dog Meet and Greet on Sunday, April 6th, 2025.
