Have you always wanted a Siberian Husky, but don’t want to deal with a digging, high-energy escape artist? If so, Zoey is definitely the dog for you! She has all of those husky looks, but is also super chill and prefers napping on patio furniture to any other pastime. 

 Zoey came from a home where she was always outside & so she’s just learning house manners. She has been doing amazingly well with her housetraining – only one accident in the past three weeks. In the two months she’s been with her foster family, she hasn’t chewed on anything (other than treats), hasn’t gone through the garbage, & hasn’t even joined in when the other two huskies are digging holes in the yard. She is trustworthy with a dog door & is crate trained (though she has also been left loose in the house while her foster family is running errands and has been perfect). 

 Zoey is definitely reserved when meeting new people & new dogs. She is a belly-rub-loving, tail wagging sweetie once she trusts you, but she needs a few weeks to feel safe. If you want a beautiful, laid-back husky and are willing to give her a little time to come out of her shell, then Zoey might be your Pawfect Match.
