Jasper is a wonderful dog who gets a long with his current house mates...both dogs and cats. He is very friendly and loves to have his belly rubbed. He is special needs right now because he has had surgery on both knees so he will need to continue recovering for the next 4 weeks...which basically means lots of rest and bellyrubs!!
